REFUND POLICY
Your satisfaction is our priority at CurDiva.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.

To initiate a return please contact us at support@curdiva.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

We do not accept returns on final sale items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
